This page provides information about who we are and the legal terms and conditions that may apply to your use of this site, (referred to below in these terms and conditions as the “Site”). This site is operated by Toonzshop SARL, which is registered with Poitiers Trade and Companies Register under number 499 414 282 00032. Its registered office is at 45 route de la Cassette, 86000, Poitiers, France, and its VAT number is FR64499414282.

References in these terms and conditions to “we”, “us” or “our” are to Toonzshop SARL.

Although we operate this Site, we work with a company called Global-e France SAS (referred to below as “Global-e”), which provides order processing and fulfilment services and is the seller of all products and services purchased through this Site. The checkout pages on this Site are provided by Global-e. On successful verification of your order and payment information, Global-e buys products from us and resells them to you in accordance with the Global-e Terms of Service.

As explained in the Global-e Terms of Service, you must be at least 18 years old to buy using this Site. We ask that you do not place an order if you are under 18 years of age.

By using our Site, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Site.

We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

If you purchase products or services from our Site, the Global-e Terms of Service will apply to the sales:

1. Changes to these terms

We amend our terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our Site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

These terms were most recently updated on May 2021.

2. Account details

You must treat the account login information you choose or are provided with (e.g. account number, email address, password) as part of our security procedures as confidential. You must not disclose that information to any third party.

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your login information, you must promptly tell us using the contact details above.

3. Placing an order

To order, you will need to login with your email address and your password. If it is your first order, you will need to register for an account. After adding products you wish to buy to your basket, you can proceed to the checkout to review your order and you will then need to accept the terms and conditions (including the Global-e Terms of Service), choose your delivery address and pay.

As explained above, the checkout pages are provided by Global-e and on successful verification of your order and payment information, Global-e buys products from us to sell to you under the Global-e Terms of Service. Global-e will acknowledge orders placed and confirm whether they are accepted.

The quantity of products sold in any one transaction or in multiple transactions may be restricted.

There may be other reasons why products cannot be dispatched (e.g. because they are out of stock or if a pricing error is identified). As explained in the Global-e Terms of Service, orders are not accepted (and therefore no commitment is made to supply Products), and no contract of sale will come into effect until Global-e specifically accept orders and notify you by email that they have received the products from the us. Global-e also reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders.

4. Products

Images of Products are for illustration only. We take care to display colours but cannot guarantee that a device's display will be completely accurate. Products may vary slightly from those displayed.

The Customer is invited to consult the description of each Product to know its characteristics (name, definition, characteristic and composition, ...), in accordance with Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code.

While bringing the greatest care and accuracy to the posting of information relating to the Products and their update, Toonzshop can not be held responsible for any non-substantial error (s), what the Customer recognizes and accepts.

In any case, in case of non-compliance of the product delivered with respect to its description on the Site, Toonzshop undertakes to correct this error: the Customer can either exercise his right of withdrawal or implement the guarantees under the conditions defined below.

5. Prices

The price of Merchandise may be either pre-set in your local currency or calculated according to the rate of exchange between the base currency on our site and the currency that you select as part of the purchase process at the time you create your Order and displayed on the Checkout.

We use our best efforts to ensure that prices stated are correct but occasionally products or services are incorrectly priced. If this happens, products may not be dispatched or your order may be cancelled after dispatch. In such circumstances, Global-e would refund you.

Please note that prices do not include delivery. For information about customs duties and taxes, please refer to the Global-e Terms of Service.

6. Payment methods

You may pay with the payment methods specified at Checkout. The availability of such payment methods is dependent on your geographical location. When being charged, the descriptor you will see shall include Global-e identified as ‘Global-e’ and will substantially look like this: **Global-e//Toonzshop** or **Globale//Toonzshop**.


You acknowledge and agree that: (i) we, or one of our third party payment processors ("Payment Processor"), will charge you through the payment method you have selected at Checkout for such Order and such other amounts payable under these Terms that may be due in connection with the Order; (ii) you will provide valid and current information about yourself; (iii) we may use the tools, software or services of Payment Processors to process transactions on our behalf; and (iv) you may be charged bank or credit/debit card issuer with additional fees (such as foreign transaction fee or cross border fee) or surcharges imposed by your bank or credit/debit card issuer, and those are not Global-e or Toonzshop charges or fees, and neither have control over this nor do we have any way to mitigate this, as this is purely up to the relationship and commercial terms between you and your bank or credit/debit card issuer, and we (or GlobalE) also have no way of knowing in advance whether you will be charged such fees or surcharges, as each bank and credit/debit card issuer has its own policy, and our commitment is to acquire the amount set at Checkout in your local currency.

All intellectual property rights (including copyright, trade mark rights, know-how, moral rights and other intellectual property rights) over all material and content (including, for example, trade marks, logos, text, images, web pages, sound, software, software code, interfaces, website structure and videos) in and on this Site are owned by or licensed to us, Toonzshop, unless otherwise indicated.

Your use of the Site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to our intellectual property rights, our other exclusive rights, or those rights of third parties in either the Site or its contents. You must not use any material or content in or on this Site for any purpose other than for the purpose for which it was made available by us to you without first obtaining a written licence from us or our licensors.

If you have your own non-commercial website and you would like to link to this Site’s homepage, you can write to us at and we may allow you to create such a link. If we do allow this, however, it will be on the basis that you will not obtain any rights, title or interest in content or material and we may impose certain conditions (e.g. that links must be fair and legal; must not damage or take advantage of our reputation; and must not suggest any association with, or endorsement by, us).

10. Viruses

We, like other retailers, use reasonable efforts to ensure that this Site (including any content on it and any website accessible from it) is free from viruses, bugs and other malicious or harmful content but we cannot guarantee this or that your computer or other device will not be damaged. Except where required by applicable laws, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of viruses, bugs or other malicious or harmful content that may be accessed from or via this Site.

You must not misuse this Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this Site, the server on which this Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to this Site. We may report any breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and co-operate with them by disclosing your identity. 11. Personal data

If you use the Service, we will need your Personal Data (such as your name, email address and physical address) to process the transaction and deliver the purchased products. We will need your payment details to process your payment. We will also receive any Personal Data that you provide us when you contact our customer support. 

Personal information is intended for Toonzshop and will be used for the purpose of customer relationship management.

This data will only be disclosed to third parties who participate in the execution of the Customer's order (and, in particular, from banking institutions, delivery services).


In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés" n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, updated by the law of August 6, 2004, the Customer has the right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion of data about him. 12. Other important terms

These terms and conditions are between you and us and no other person will have any right to enforce any of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by French law. An amicable solution through an ombudsman system will be considered before any judicial remedies. If no solution is reached, the French courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute. However, this provision shall not deprive the EU/EEA consumers of their statutory rights.

This Site is only targeted at people residing in the countries we ship to as listed in section 7 above. We will not be liable for breach of laws in countries we do not ship to (e.g. if a customer in Belgium orders for delivery to Germany exercising rights under EU Regulation 2018/302 addressing geo-blocking, we will not be liable for breach of Belgian laws, such as those relating to product/labelling compliance).
