S is suitable for XS.
Cut is skin-tight to reveal your body lines but it also allows a better hold if you don't want to wear it with a bra.
But if you prefer being at ease, don't hesitate to take the upper size because it will stay form-fitting anyway.

Be careful : This top isn't a bra ! The second layer of fabric allows a better hold but not an optimum support if you're not used to wear no bra !
